On the anniversary of the London Riots, we're proud to present the debut track from the mysterious Thank You Machine.

A collaboration between a collective of London producers and a recently discovered musical engineering experiment from the 1950s, this is the first track from TYM ahead of their 'Between The Lines' EP, due out on First Word Records in September 2012.

This track itself was written and recorded one balmy afternoon last summer as London burned around them. The delicate layers of pizzicato strings, harmonium, piano, organ and the growling electronic bass are a counterpoint to Norman Jemmott aka Norman Anderson's heartfelt vocals.

We're offering this track for free for one week only as our small tribute to the events of last summer.
